Jimmy is a licensed Realtor serving the needs of home buyers and sellers in the Greater Missoula Area. His philosophy on the industry is simple…treat clients like family. He, and his wife Jean, are the core of their real estate team at Keller Williams Western Montana.

Jimmy was born and raised in Lombard, Illinois. Go Bears!! At the ripe old age of 20, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and spent the next 21 years serving this great nation. During his time in the Service he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. His fascination with real estate truly began in 2007 with a home purchase while stationed at Little Rock AFB, AR. Fast forward a couple years; orders came down along with the realization that selling the home would cost him money. That house became his first rental and consistent money maker, it also started his education in how housing markets and investment properties function. Over the years, he’s added to his investment property portfolio and broadened his knowledge of the markets’ never-ending ebbs and flows.

Jimmy’s USAF retirement in 2019 gave him the opportunity to become a licensed Realtor and focus solely on the real estate industry. Jimmy is a NAR certified Military Relocation Specialist and is always thrilled to help Service Members make the most of their VA benefits. Additionally, with his personal experiences as an investor, he applies that knowledge to make investment purchases smooth and easy.

Real estate transactions can be stressful for both first-time home buyers/sellers and experienced clients. Explaining the purpose, requirements, and timeframes of each step in the process helps take that stress off the clients and allows them to focus elsewhere. Jimmy does everything he can to ensure his clients will look back on the transaction and be baffled as to why they’d ever considered using anyone else.
